Since early June 2020 Google rolled out a feature to highlight the text from a featured snippet on the resulting web page. This is achieved with the following URL fragment #:~:text=
Searching in Google Analytics for landing pages that contain text= will, therefore, allow you to see when a featured snippet was being shown for the page and when it went away. Of course, this won’t be much use for looking back further than June 2020.
